“ Rod offered friendly and efficient service. We all loved our dinners; Cajun shrimp fettuccine, fried shrimp dinner, french onion soup, and husband's second choice, BBQ ribs. He saw French dip on the website menu, but was not available when he went to order. Only complaint coleslaw was not chopped up, and a bit dry. Will come back again. We hope Rod wins the electric bike incentive. ”

“ This was my first visit to Carolina Ale House, despite living in the area for 30 years. I met five friends there last night to watch the Duke-UNC basketball game, and we had an amazing experience! We sat outside, and our server, Tatum, was fantastic—friendly, fast, professional, and polite. Managers Jim and Austin went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Not only did they make sure the game was playing on multiple TVs, but they were also kind enough to turn up the volume for us. The drinks were ice cold, and the wings were hands down the best around! “ Our dinner was really good. The nachos are huge! Our waiter, Rod, was fast, efficient, and very friendly to everyone! The orders were done perfectly and kids devoured everything! The atmosphere was kid/family friendly, entertaining, and overall awesome! It has tv’s and some arcade games in the front and throughout the place. It was packed but surprisingly a decent amount of parking. SHOUT OUT TO ROD!!!! ”

“ Had a really bad experience at another ale House so was hesitant to go back to the chain but Happy I did. The service was wonderful. They even put the hurricanes playoff game with sound on the big screen. It was very much appreciated. They have a 5 Prosecco on tap! Came in perfect for the long games. All the food was much better than I remember it tasting and I enjoyed a few new items on the menu. ”
